The Adventures of Tom Sawyer
This is the famous story of a young boy's voyage down the great Mississipi River. It is a story of adventure of rich imagination and the strong desire for freedom. Having ascaped from his violent father, Huck meets Jim, a runaway slave. Their exiciting river voyage begins with a storm and a gang of murderers on a wrecked steamboat. The story is told by Huck and it is through his eye and his innocent and generous nature that we experience the many adventures and colourful characters of the journey. What is special from this book is the illustration and the size is small that makes it easy to be read everywhere and anywhere.
