This book is intended to be used in the langage laboratory by the first year students of SMU. The material consist of various exercises in listening conversaation and pronunciation in order to support the student's speaking skill.rnrnThe book also contains crossword, puzzles, and games to make classroom activities more interesting and lively. The materials in this book were taken from various reliable sources.rnrnStructured exercises are not included but integrated in the other materials and organized more communicatively in line with the communicative approach prescribed in curriculum 1994.rnThis edition differs from the previous onces in that some of the exercises have been improved to reflect the current practice in foreign language teaching. The revisions have also been made in the number of exercises to the student will have more oppurtunities to practice the skill.
